Mangels einer 400m Laufbahn in Gem\u00fcnden hatten wir im Winter im Langenprozeltener\u00a0 Hafenstadion dank der milden, gn\u00e4digen Witterung hervorragende Bedingungen beim Ausdauer-\/Schnelligkeits-\/Schnelligkeitsausdauertraining.<\/p>\n<p>Das Traingsziel f\u00fcr die Sch\u00fcler ab 2002 und \u00e4lter &#8211; Ausdauerl\u00e4ufe von bis zu 8 km und Tempol\u00e4ufe mit mehreren\u00a0 Wiederholungen \u00fcber 100m und 200m-\u00a0 war erfolgreich.
